Card Office Is Now Located At The College Center Service Desk

The Card Office, formerly located in the Computer Center, is now located in the new College Center Service Desk where you can go for IT Services, Computer Repairs and ID Card Services all in one space!

Campus-Wide Card Reader Update

As we mentioned in this morning's update, we were working to reboot the card readers, as required, to bring them back online. At this time, all residence halls should be functioning. There are some academic buildings will still need to be rebooted tomorrow (Tuesday 2-24). If you have issues with residence halls outside of normal business hours please call the CRC at 437-7333 (x7333 from a campus phone). Otherwise, contact the help desk at helpdesk@vassar.edu or 437-7224 (x7224 from a campus phone) during normal business hours.

Campus-Wide Card Reader Issues

Over the weekend and into this morning, we were experiencing card reader issue (doors, vending, laundry, etc.) across campus. Computing & Information Services has been working diligently with the vendor to resolve the issue. Most readers should be back online and functional now, however, there are some that need to be physically rebooted. We will be working through the rest this afternoon and expect all readers to be back online by the end of business today. If you find readers that are not functioning after this time, please contact the help desk at helpdesk@vassar.edu or 437-7224 (x7224 from a campus phone) during normal business hours. Please call the CRC outside of normal business hours at 437-7333 (x7333 from a campus phone).

eAccounts Intermittent Availability

eAccounts and Online Deposits users are continuing to experience intermittent connectivity issues. Unfortunately, the vendor can't give us an exact time frame regarding when this will be resolved. Most users have had success depositing funds after a number of tries so, please, keep trying. Additionally, students can visit the Card Office to have funds added to their card. Students and employees can add funds by placing cash in the VTS (Value Transfer Station) located in the Main Building by the Cashiers Office. We thank you for your patience and will updated you when we have more information.
